DESIGN THINKING – MUSEUM & LIBRARY FONDAZIONE QUERINI STAMPALIA

Fondazione Querini Stampalia is a museum/library in Venice, Italy.  They needed to redesign their library experience to make it more engaging for students of different faculties (including Architecture and Business). I helped them by applying design thinking to understand the pain points of the experience and drafting a plan with action points to be included in their 2018 budget.

 

DIGITAL PR – GOOD FOR YOU GOOD FOR THE PLANET

Good for You Good for the Planet is a project launched by Barilla and focused on sustainability. I was involved by The AdStore in the development and execution of a Digital PR strategy, in the US and Italy, to improve awareness.

 

 

DIGITAL STRATEGY AND PERSONAL BRANDING – THE SPORTS NUTRITION COACH

The Sports Nutrition Coach is a Personal Training and Nutrition Service, managed by Michelle Newitt in the UK. I helped Michelle by supporting her in the development of her personal branding and in the improvement of her online presence on social media.

 

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY – BARILLA GOOD4

Barilla Good4 is an initiative created to finance ideas of students in the fields of sustainability and healthy nutrition. I was involved by The AdStore in the development and execution of the social media content strategy, in the US and Italy, to improve awareness and increase the number of submitted project.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY, BRANDING AND STORYTELLING – BARILLA RESTAURANTS

Barilla Restaurants were first launched in the US in 2013. I led design, roll out and monitoring of the social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Foursquare, Pinterest, Instagram and promoted/managed reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor. The project improved brand awareness, drove people to visit the website and the restaurant. I was involved on this project by The AdStore.

 

 

E-COMMERCE AND BRANDING – MAKE IT ITALIAN

Make it Italian was for 6 years the online store of Italian food I founded and launched in 2011, in the UK. I developed its strategic business plan and carefully created an entirely new catalog by selecting the products and identifying the best partners. I implemented the delivery process with Amazon.co.uk and designed/developed the related blog and social media community.

 

DIGITAL STRATEGY – GOCV25

Go CV25 was built to raise money to support Article25, a group of Volunteer Architects that offer not-for-profit building design expertise to provide better shelter and sustainable solutions to extreme poverty, disaster or need.

 

 

DIGITAL STRATEGY – BIG MATHS TUITION

Big Maths Tuition is a tutoring service based in the UK that changes the approach to Maths learning. I supported the co-founder, Hellen Barlow, in brand development, online and social media approach and strategy.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY FOR BRAND AWARENESS AND SALES SUPPORT – PHILLIP GAVRIEL

Phillip Gavriel is a jewelry brand based in NYC. I led design, planning, roll out and monitoring of the social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram. The project improved brand awareness incredibly fast, reaching over 7000 fans on Facebook in only two months.  I was involved on this project by The AdStore.

 

 

 

 

BRANDING, STORYTELLING AND SOCIAL MEDIA – CA’ SAGREDO HOTEL

Ca’ Sagredo Hotel is a luxury hotel in Venice, Italy, that needed to reposition the brand in a stronger way through their digital channels. I worked with them to increase engagement on Facebook and Instagram, improving their digital communication on the website and supporting growth in terms of bookings and revenues.

In less than 6 months we were able to add 7000 new fans on Facebook and increase the booking rate from social media by 15%.

 

 

 

TRAINING – SWAROVSKI

Swarovski, premium design brand, contacted me to train their B2B Corporate Gift team in the US on how to use social media to increase sales. Training was focused on social selling especially through LinkedIn and Twitter.
