“Creating ideas that spread and connecting the disconnected are the two pillars of our new society, and both of them require the posture of the artist.”

LISTEN TO THE PODCASTS I WORKED ON

The Creative Pois-On Podcast – Ideation, Artistic Direction and Host

Creative Pois-On is a podcast about ideas, creativity and connection — exploring how creative thinking shapes culture, business and everyday life in a complex, digital world. The podcast is an original project by Daniela Pavan and Tommaso Cartia

Sfide Invisibili (Invisible Challenges – in Italian only) – Editorial direction and host

Invisible Challenges is the official podcast of the regional programme V.I.A. Veneto – Imprese Accelerazione, created to give voice to the nearly 200 small and medium-sized enterprises involved in the digital and sustainable transformation of the Veneto region. Through conversations with entrepreneurs and managers — and by drawing parallels with inspiring figures from the past and present — the podcast explores how transformation takes shape in practice, strengthening territories and making visible what often remains unseen: people, ideas and courageous choices. The project is coordinated by Damiano Bazzoni; the podcast is hosted and editorially curated by Daniela Pavan and produced by Storie Avvolgibili.

Trasformazioni (Transformations – in Italian only) – Executive Production

Transformations is a video and podcast dialogue series exploring how human activities — food, agriculture, energy, industry and waste — are reshaping the planet and redefining the relationship between society and nature. Inspired by the work of photographer Edward Burtynsky, the series reflects on the transformations underway and on the choices that can support a thriving future for life on Earth, bringing together perspectives from science, economics, urban planning and culture to imagine and shape the world of the coming decades. The series is produced by the CMCC – Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change, in collaboration with M9 – Museum of the 20th Century and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, on the occasion of the exhibition “Burtynsky: Extraction/Abstraction” (M9, June 21, 2024 – January 12, 2025). Executive production is by Livio Karrer and Daniela Pavan for M9 – Museum of the 20th Century.

Why innovation, regeneration and communication must be designed together

Today, organisations do not only need to innovate. They need to do so without losing people, meaning and value in the process.

Innovation defines the direction of change.
Regeneration ensures its long-term human, cultural and economic sustainability.
Communication makes change understandable, shareable and therefore possible.

When these dimensions are separated, transformation may work on paper — but not in reality.
I work at the intersection of these three forces: designing innovation that creates real value, regenerative models that strengthen organisations over time, and communication and learning systems that allow people to understand, inhabit and lead change together.

Because the future cannot simply be implemented.
It must be built — together, and with care.

It was my great pleasure to have Daniela as part of my team. Together we delivered several complex projects across multiple verticals, each having it's own unique challenges from a technical delivery and stakeholder management perspective. One of Daniela's key strengths is her ability to establish a strong rapport with clients and team members in a very short period of time. This is coupled with an infectious enthusiasm for her work, the ability to think laterally when required and genuine desire to deliver the best possible outcome for her clients. Naturally entrepreneurial at heart and very savvy about digital trends and marketing opportunities, she is commercially astute and approaches project delivery pragmatically and methodically, even when placed in very high pressure environments. Daniela is a person of great integrity and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Daniela Pavan is more than a colleague, she is a creative partner in every respect of the word. She is an account person, relationships person, a social & digital person, a design thinker, an innovator, has a strategic mind, an educator a journalist (okay contributing editor to Forbes), oh and she is Venetian. Which makes her a polyglot. That's right she speaks more than just English, which always impresses the heck out of me. Did I mention that she directs and stars in her own Podcast. During the years I've worked with Daniela I have always enjoyed our interactions and the work we have created together and always trust "walking in a room" with her. Not only does she have her partners back and she has the fronts covered too with being well-prepared for whatever curveballs get thrown her way. Dani is truly a spectacular friend, ally and business partner, I think you would find the same with your business.

The quality that I appreciate the most in Daniela is undoubtedly her consistency and tenacity. Her pragmatism is typical of the Italians of the Veneto region, who are not intimidated by the difficulties of life. I have been collaborating with Daniela for years, and I had the pleasure of getting to know her well for her magnificent communication skills. Daniela is full of interests, which makes her the most pleasant person to converse with about current events, art and the digital world. She is very passionate and competent about the digital world and communication, and thrive to help clients who are facing business challenges. Whoever meets her certainly feels enriched by her competence, her goodness and authenticity.

An extraordinary person. Smart. Unbreakable. Charming. Supremely organized. Absolutely honest. Truly a great pleasure to work with, even under the most difficult circumstances.

Anyone who could use someone who is equally embraced and trusted by both clients and talent would do well to seek her out.

3 words to describe Daniela: hardwroker, problem solver & team builder. She works always with passion, open to change approach and determination. We worked together for social strategy start-up and, I think, that her skills made the difference. Proactive & fair she is a very special co-worker.

STRATEGIC SERVICES

Innovation & Regenerative Strategy Design

I support organisations in shaping innovation as a regenerative process — not to make them move faster, but to help them become healthier, stronger and more capable of facing the future, humanly, socially and strategically. I work on purpose, capabilities, relationships and learning systems so that transformation strengthens people, organisations and communities over time, instead of depleting them. The focus is innovation that is resilient, meaningful and sustainable by design.

Strategic Liaison & Cross-Sector Partnerships

I design and facilitate collaborations between organisations that would not normally work together — across countries, business, academia, cultures.

My role is to align visions, translate between different languages and logics, and create the conditions for collective action that no single actor could achieve alone.

This is where partnerships stop being symbolic and start becoming transformative.

Strategic Communication & Narrative Design

I help organisations make sense of what they are becoming — and express it clearly, honestly and coherently. In moments of transformation, confusion is often not a lack of information, but a lack of meaning. My work is to create the conditions for meaning to emerge — by clarifying direction, articulating purpose, and designing narratives that people inside and outside the organisation can recognise themselves in. I work on language, framing and sense-making not as communication tools, but as strategic infrastructure: the invisible architecture that allows strategies to be understood, shared and sustained over time.

Executive Learning Architecture & Knowledge Transfer

I design learning experiences that help leaders and organisations grow the capabilities they need for the future — not just skills, but mindsets, relationships and shared understanding.
I work with universities, business schools and corporate academies to bridge research and practice, and to turn knowledge into lived competence and strategic clarity.

Urban & Cultural Strategy

I work with cities, foundations and cultural institutions to reimagine places and organisations as living systems — socially, culturally and economically.
I design strategies that respect identity, strengthen communities and create long-term value, rather than short-term visibility, integrating impact thinking and management to align social, cultural and environmental value with economic sustainability.

Startup Growth & Strategic Structuring

I work with early-stage and growing ventures to help them evolve from ideas into organisations — clarifying direction, shaping their strategic positioning, and building the structures they need to scale with coherence and resilience.
My work focuses on aligning purpose, business model, organisation and narrative so that growth is not only fast, but grounded, sustainable and strategically sound.
